Please make sure no one lies to you when shopping with House and Home......I am truly truly dissapointed at the service we have received by the House and Home branch in the Mayville shopping centre. Saterday morning we bought a fridge freezer. The sales assistant was very friendly assuring us they have stock. We swiped the card and booked our new appliance for delivery expected Tuesday , 12 Dec....excited happy clients we left. Tuesday no delivery ...we phoned the shop and the manager apologized that our area is not on the delivery route for the Tuesday but the fridge is already loaded for first thing delivery Wednesday morning. After a call to the shop today after 12 we are told sorry no stock and we are number 16 on the waiting list. Appauled and very upset is the least I can say. Somewhere someone blatantly ****. I want a full refund and believe me I will warn everyone I know against buying from House and Home ever again
