before you accuse a person find out from your bank fix your system

I really don't appreciate the consultant that called me on the 27th of February at house & Home Meadowdale i have been accused o reversing a debit order that has not been sent in to my account i get paid on the 20th not 25th you guys should have advised me of your dates so i can make sure funds are in the account, number two ask a person don't assume as i am not aware o your debit system there is no debit order that was reversed in my account i am tired of being abused by two old woman that not only insulted me but undermined me
