Been unfairly threatened

<p>My account with H&H is being 1 month behind the instalment for the past 3 months. I that 3 months I have been getting threatening letters(red letters that legal actions will be taken against me).For the past 2 months when I get home I find the red letter shove under my door. Yesterday 28 September 2016 2 guys were sent to repossess my fridge while it is 1 month behind with the payment. My wife refused to surrender the fridge until I got home. The guy who was sent to collect the fridge phone Ida and I explained to him that it’s not even month-end yet to say I’m 2 months behind with the payment. I think I have been treated unfairly by this shop & by their credit controller.My account number is ***</p>
