Bait and switch advertising

I am pretty disapointed. You sent me an advert about your blackFriday sale. I contact you about a twin tub their I would like. They told me it's sold out and them offered me to purchase more expesive ones. I told them I would pay now to reserve the defy and when they have stock they can just notify me but they refused. They should not put out ads on things they knowingly don't stock and then try to upsell us. It undermines our intelligence.
