Bad sofas or couches.

We bought two so called leather couches or sofas House & home Somerset-Mall. These couches almost immediately started to crack and chow signs of wear. We reported this to the store, but got showed attitude immediately. The stuff had no clue what to do or say. The manager never showed. Then we were told that the stock they sold us was discontinued 3 years ago. Why then sold it to us? We now turning to Hallo Peter and their head office, We will also put our lawyers on the case. Can someone please come up with a solution.
