BAD SERVICES

I purchased a lamp, and when it was delivered, they took their time and left no message. The lamp didn't even last me two months when I eventually received it.While attempting to make adjustments, the lightbulb holder broke off. When I enquired at the actual business, Festival Mall, if they could replace it, they sadly informed me that they were unable to do so. It's funny they told me about the bulb holder's fragility, yet they made no mention of Anyware. They advised me to go check it out at the electrical retailers, but I can't seem to find it there.

I now have a lamp that is simply sitting here and is not functioning, I am so angry
