Bad service on product availability

The service was bad, the manager was so rude wasn't even helpful I bought a sumgung washing machine on the 25th of Dec and Ihavent received it yet, with no communication regarding the delivery ihad to go to the store and ask for refund and all she can say is"there's nothing she can do"the machine might be delivered sometime next year and she's not even sure when will they get the stock"... Then she left me like that, house and home Alberton city gave me the worst service I've ever got from any furniture store
