Bad service (Ok Furniture Soshanguve Crossing)

I went to Ok Furniture on the 04 January to apply for credit and submitted what was required. On the 7 January 2023 received a call from Hendrick that is the sale person that assisted me with the application and he informed my application was approved and I need to come pay R1170 deposit at the store so my goods (couch and Microwave) can be delivered same day... I knew he was lying to me that it would be delivered same day that is what they say so we can go running for them to make commission... but anyway I went same day paid the deposit which I don’t even understand what is it for since it’s said it doesn’t even decrease the actual debt just lowers your installment can you believe that mara... anyway I paid and he said to me since it’s Saturday and we have problem with load shedding they will try and push for delivery tomorrow and i was with my partner who said but tomorrow it’s Sunday so we left the store expecting delivery on Monday or Tuesday... today is Friday nothing has been delivered and they have not called me. Now I take the time to call them ***) ... u not going to believe the response I got from the Hendrick guy when I requested to speak to him.. he said to me and I quote “ am still in pain right now I will call u back” when I called to ask after delivery of the goods... like I was left shock and that was 10:13. It is 11:08 when am writing review and he has not called me yet... am so not happy because I gave them chance from Saturday when he **** that he will deliver to this Friday (today) to deliver but nothing and not even a courtesy to call and say we will deliver...
