Bad service/ No responce

I ordered a washing machine online, on the 23 November and was told by the guy in the store when I went to check, that it should have been delivered within 5 days. Today is the 3rd December and i have tried to email, call to no avail. There is no way to get through to these people. The numbers on the website either just ring till they cut off or just keep on giving the engaged signal. The email addresses they send you in the mail you get after your have placed your order must be un monitored because no one has responded to me. I need someone to get back to me regarding my purchase. I have paid for this item or have I just been ******???

If you cant supply the ordered item please give me my money back.
