Bad service I received from house and home richards bay

I bought a bad on Tuesday 19th of December ,after I pay they say the bad is not in work shop I must come the next ,I went to the shop with the transport that I paid 600 ,I went there the bad was still not there and I went today still and I pay the guy again ,and guy was helping us if we asked him what we must do he keeps saying he don't know and6i spoke to the store Manager him too his telling us he don't Know to the guy was helping us ,I so **** off with store the sarvice that they gave me after I payed my money 😡😡😡😡😡please help hello Peter
