Bad service house and home trade route

House and home trade route mall the services is bad I bought a flat screen 55inch hisense TV now it's not working and I called them and they sent a technician to look at the problem but the guy failed to fix it now I need a new TV but they ignoring me I called them every day and they promise to call me back with the feed back they don't do that, my account with them its a debit order they get their money every month and Im a good paying customer sitting with a brocken TV set, I need hello Peter to help me speed up the process with the TV issue.
