BAD SERVICE: House and Home

I had an account with House and Home and the status of which is fully paid. House and Home is yet to update my credit profile with Transunion and Experian. After being in contact numerous times during the time I settled the entire account and received a paid up letter from them, it still effects my credit profile when applying for finance.
