Bad service from house&Home n1 city

I would not advise anyone to buy from house and home n1 city they have no sales ethics we bought some things from them one of the items was a fridge its almost two weeks later still no delivery call the sales person she is never at work ask to speak to the manager the phone gets put down I'm so frustrated
