BAD SERVICE FROM HOUSE & HOME ONLINE STORE

House & Home has a vacuum cleaner on special so I went in store but they were out of stock. I then ordered and paid for it on line on 31 August 2021. Order #*** Since that day I have never heard anything from H&H on when I will be able to collect my stock from the nearest store. I tried calling them but you hold on for ever. I have never been able to speak to anyone regarding my order besides the store where i am going to collect. I was also informed that the vacuum cleaner will only arrive on the 17th of September 2021.
