Bad service from house and home

I would like to complain about house and home i bought leather couches 2023 march and when they sold me those leather couches they told me it's pure leather 1 year later my couches are getting torn bit by bit and when i called them they told me that the warranty has passed and there's nothing that they can assist me with, i then asked for their complains department details they gave me customer service which i sent an email to them even now i haven't heard anything from them till now. I did sent a follow up email but still nothing from them kindly assist me to get a resolution to this problem i want my money back.
