Bad service from house and home

The manager of baywest store refuse to process my refund for a faulty fridge. It's a new unit which packed in within 2 weeks. The manager of defy port Elizabeth passed the credit and informed me to get my refund from house and home. This manager is being very unfair giving me many feeble excuses. I'm wondering if anyone can assist
