Bad service

The service at Checkers Constantia Kloof is really becoming shocking. I decided not to shop there anymore because of the service. There is minimal pay points open and the staff are rude to say the least. Today I wanted to buy cigarettes at the cigarette counter and we're met by a very rude cashier named Dorethy Direko. I asked her to assist me because she was lying on the till but she rep**** that she was busy with a sale. The guy she helped with his sale did not have money to pay but she stood there waiting for who knows what. I eventually left because she refused to help me. The general attitude of your staff is terrible and you won't find anybody with a smile on their face. I will rather go somewhere where they at least have the decency to greet you.
