Bad Service

Hi and good evening I bought 2 recliner chairs from House and home Mayville Mall on the 14th of January this year. The chairs developed faults and was collected on 2022/02/26. I have made various calls to the shop and even to your head office to no avail. even today i tried to call and the person told me that the lady working with that will phone me back..Still waiting for that call Is there anybody that can help me and tell me the status Please help even better if you can give me the CEO of your company e-mail so i can contact him directly maybe he can help Kind regards
