Bad service

I went to Gezina Galleries PEP Home at the door the person who are supposed to controlled customers entering the shop was busy chatting with another women using Cell phones. I took the Sanitizer and spray my hands and start walking. The next moment this women GRAB me on my arm and tell me the shop is full. Instead of communicate with 5he customers and tell hem the shop is full please wait. She is chatting to a friend.. I was close to slap her because who give this women the right to grab me on my arm. If you are at the door of a shop you are supposed to do your job and make sure that you control your access. Or do what other shops are doing CLOSE your door with a note on it that way Please que at the door only a certain amount off customers are allowed ... If you want to visit with friends ...do it in your lunch hour. Cecilia
