Bad service

In October 2024 I bought a seal bed for R10 000 at House &Home Festival Mall, started using the bed in December, 1st day of my sleep the bad leave the hole yet they said it's breathable,I logged the complain with the company,I hate the fact that now I had to be middle man between seal and house&home,I mean I bought the bed from House& Home not seal,they the one who should deal with seal not me.House &Home phone me and told me that seal consultant will call me and I should explain the problem with bed,which they did and I told them every then they requested me to send the photos of the mattress I did,later in weeks they phone and told me that they have approved for a mattress to be exchanged,I told them that I don't want the bed anymore coz I lost trust in seal,the store rather change the bed and give me another brand,seal consultant told me that it's ok she will phone the store to tell them then the store will call me about way forward,a week passed by without getting any call from the store,I went to the store personally to ask about it,when I get to the store they were only checking the status of my query when I get to the store and told me that seal only approved for mattress,I told them that I told seal consultant that I don't the bed anymore coz I lost trust in seal but told me that they will log the call again with seal for base to he returned also,I agreed and patiently waited, after few weeks a guy from House &Home phoned and said really request me to send the pics of base with I did,few days after seal consultant phoned me and asked me what wrong with base I told him there is no problem with base but I don't want seal bed anymore,they should come take the hole set I'll go for another brand,the seal guy said ok he'll talk to the store,a week later a guy from the store phoned me and said seal only approved for a mattress to be changed since there is nothing wrong with the base,I do not understand which sentence y did they not understand when I said I don't want seal anymore because I lost trust in it,then the guy from the store said there is nothing they can do,and I asked him what guarantee will I get that the mattress won't do the same thing,he said if it does I'll have to log a complain again and said I should have ask the sales person something are not for daily use,Im not sure if the guy was sober minded when saying that or what,who will buy the bed for R10 000 and use it occasionally,I ask the store to come take their stuff and cancel the contract,they never did,I'm still waiting for them to come collect their staff I am not going to pay for something that I'm not happy about it.
