Bad service at House and Home Newcastle

The service I recieved at House and Home in Newcastle Amajuba Mall is disappointing and frustrating. The manager at this branch refused to reimburse me my laybye money as I could not produce an affidavit even after trying to get one from the Police station in Newcastle (21/1/2023) (One of the officers at the police station told me that they dont have resources to do one today). And I have explained this to the manager. I don't know what more I can do in this situation to get my money back and thats all I want.
