Bad service at House and Home Bloemfontein

I brought couches at house and home in February this year, unfortunately I had to return them because they broke down in August, that means I did not finish 6months using them. I struggled to get assistance, for them to come and collect they took their time, after they collected there was no communication that I received from them until I sent messages to their head office but still from August until October I never get my couches until yesterday when I sent them a message and reported again at their head office that's when they decided to send my couches, the other 1 is shapeless it looks like they just staffed something inside it, it looks bigger than the others. I'm not happy with their service I feel like taking these couches back and want my money back💔😡
