Bad service at house and home

It's me again about the TV I bought at house & home Trade route mall in 2017 now it's not working so I discovered that I was charged 4700 for a delivery I went to the store on Saturday they told me that it was a mistake. So they don't give me feed back about how are they gonna fix this mistake and already I paid like 8858.82 and the new TV that I want cost 8499 since mine it's not working anymore still I'm waiting on them with the solution.
