Bad service and Unwillingness to help

I went to Checkers Hyper in Kolonnade to buy a bus ticket, only to be told to go to house and home as tickets are sold there, which i did. When i got in at House and home it was 17:41, only to be told by a lady with no name badge that the system has been closed. When I asked what time the system gets closed ,she said with an unbothered attitude 17:45. At that time it was 17:43 and I mentioned it to the lady and she said according to their watch it is 17:47. A lady who was next to her who was counting money, Bongiwe Abrahams suggested I go to the centre Management to computicket to buy the ticket or Checkers. I explained to her that i was sent to them from Checkers,so that wouldn't help. Her response to be precise " That's unfortunate because we can't help you,our system is closed"
