BAD SERVICE AND DAMAGED GOODS

So since we took out this HP all we have is bad service, get my pot set and there are chips in lids are loose and yes took it back and what do i get they exchange some of the pots for ones standing on the floor, all good but now not even three months down the line the lids fall off, i phone in on hold for 40 minutes i ask for the manager Ohhh our manager is not in what !!!!!! so a Robert phones me the admin manager ok Mam i will see what i can do, and that was a week ago
