Bad service again in just 2months

Bought a bunk bed and mattress on Friday at Centurion mall from a sales lady by the name of Anna. Could have went to forest hill but since they gave me a **** service I decided to change to other branch. Big mistake!!! One should have completely stayed away from this store. The lady assured me after asking her over and over if the delivery guys will be able to help assemble the beds and they just dumped the boxes at my place. First when they arrived they told me that the store didn't tell them that I stay on the 3rd floor and that they don't deliver items when it's 3rd or 4th floor. They wanted to make my 12 year old to carry the mattress and I asked them to take everything back because there was no way between myself at 9 months pregnant and the child to carry those heavy beds up. Eventually after now asking them to take everything back the one guy came up and said he didn't see I was in that condition. What if I wasn't? They I still would have had to do the delivery that I paid for myself? I'm now stuck with boxes of beds that aren't assembled when I was told that these guys would get the job done and it's not. My kids are sleeping on a couch yet I bought them beds from this pathetic store. They must come get their boxes back and I'll buy elsewhere and refund my money immediately or send a person to assemble those beds asap. It's always a fight to get proper service from this store. This is my second bad experience in just 2 months
