BAD SERVICE

I did a laybye of a couch and finished paying it on the 25th of June at BT Ngebs Mthatha branch. Until this day i have not received my couch, i have been told that it is out of stock. Its been a full month, honestly this is ridicylulous. I am at a point where I am ready to take my money back.
