Bad service

Purchased a stove on Friday 29th November 2019 we were promised that it would be delivered on Wednesday, I was call Wednesday afternoon to be told the delivery guys were on the way went home waited and waited they never came they did not even have the decency to apologize, today they called again to inform me they were coming I made arrangements for the them to come by at 16h30 the time is now 18h06 I'm still waiting they did not even call to inform that they are delaying, I'm do disappointed they service is the worst.
