Bad Service

I came into house and home Capegate and made a purchase of more then R40,000 of goods.Only to be told after payment that they dont have stock of some of the items and have to check other stoors which obviously brings with a delay.Amongst this items was a television,then we were told about paying up the license fees of which we did.And on delivery there was no television.House and home called us 2 days later to ask us to come in and bring my i.d with.They have items on the floor display but they dont have stock.They dont tell you they dont have stock so you can.make a.informed decision.They only tell you after payment.
