Bad service

My husband bought a defy fridge at house & home tokai then the dispenser broke we went to the store several times to log this but nobody ever took heed to our complaint then we went again then they eventually sent someone from defy to check it out but then he took a part of the dispenser and was never heard of again then we went to the store again as the guarantee was over but nobody ever tried contacting us again ...this is bad service I mean that we bought the fridge cash we didn't take it on terms.....I'm never buying anything from them again .....
