Bad service

Poor service I bought a defy top loader machine online, and the courier guy who delivered it was drunk, when he offloaded the machine it fell because he didn't hv balance, I told him I will not take the machine, then I send house&home email, to give me my money back, they acknowledged that the machine is damaged, they will refund me, till today, I haven't received my money, they no longer respond to my emails.
