Bad service!

As per previous complaint, I handed in the trolley speaker for repairs on the 29/10 and was not told repairs take up to 2 weeks, instead I was told "they will probably replace it"" , they just need authorisation and to find stock"

Today I followed up at the store and I'm told I must read my repair document probably as it says 90 days, seriously. That's not what it says, read tour document properly, you are a so called manager.

Bad service and quality products from JVC!
