BAD SERVICE

I have order a oven and a hob from this retail, And a incorrect item was set and installed in my cupboard when I was not even there. I came back and called them on 03-12-2022 to inform them about the item and requested that a correct item must be sent. Did they not mize me and promise to get back to and they did not. Its been a week now with out my item and I cant even cook for my children because of them. When I do follow up they are telling me that the item is now out of stock and they going to give the one that is on display IMAGINE with the same price and they are making their problem my problem
