Bad service

Never will I ever waste my money again and buy anything from House and home (cape gate), they are ******, ***** and they ***********..bought a television about 3months back (cash)..about 3 weeks back the television had a volume problem, we took it in, hoping to get another one or a refund..they told us they gonna keep it for 2days only..up until today we still waiting, we are now without a television for all those weeks..mind you, we have to call them everyday, we doing the follow up, they don't care..one day this one is gonna tell you this, tomorrow it's someone else with a different story..i was not expecting this from them, yet they are so expensive.
