Bad Service

I bought a couch from house and home in centurion and firstly it took 5 days for them to deliver . Than the Delivery guys came to my house and when the couch did not fit through the main passage he said to me he will leave it on the floor or I should choose another couch at the store. I than told him that the couch can fit through the sliding behind , he refused point blank. This is after I had asked to use my own delivery guy and the store refused , so disappointed in the service at the CENTURION BRANCH HOUSE AND HOME . Always insist on using you own delivery when dealing with HOUSE AND HOME CENTURION . I think i will get a refund and go to @home, what an inconvenience
