Bad service

I did a layb bye in a fridge and paid it off after black Friday. When it was time for them to deliver my fridge they said they don't have stock. I waited 2 weeks and went back to them and wanted my money back since they did not have stock they said they don't have money. Now I'm sitting here with no fridge and no money
