Bad service

We went to a H&H store in Alberton. Looked at incliner chairs and decided on a style. We paid in full and expected delivery the next day. They delivered the wrong product. We went back to store and they said they made mistake and the product we selected was R1000.00 per chair more expensive. Their sales people don't know their products. I asked a refund and had to wait an hour for this to be done. I am very unhappy and they made no attempt to try to keep me as a client. All they can say is "I'm Sorry". Watch out, they don't know what they are doing!!!!!
