Bad Service

Bought a bed at House &Home the bed is less than 2 years old In 2018 i went to report that the bed is faulty was told to turn the mattress around,did explain that it can't be turned around. Was asked to sent pictures of which i did sent the picture no response ever since. went back to the store 2019 lady said my claim has been rejected how and why i don't know ? no one ever came to asses the condition of the bed .But the claim has been rejected. Again was asked to sent pictures till now no response from House &Home
