Bad service

Im very dissaiponted with house n home furniture store.i bought tv on the 23rd November but still i dont have my tv.n my money is making interest in their bank account cos i paid it cash.i phone their customer care to assist i only been assisted by getting a ref: no.i was promised to get a tv from krugersforp to foresthill...but now is like waiting for an import.this is very bad n unsatisfactory service i hav never had...never the less the inconvenience.Somebody needs to do his work here..i dont want more promises just deliver my tv pls T.S Madisha ********** 625
