Bad service

My couches were returned to get fixed due to factory fault, i have since spoken to Bucie and Refilwe at the Sandton branch and i have not received any feedback.

I have to keep calling and sending mails for close to a month and still have haven't received my furniture back . I am highly disappointed because i am a paying customer .

My house is empty and have not place to sit but i have purchased couches.
