Bad service

I bought a Tri Bunk at House and Home Centurion Forest Hill City which is not assembled. I had to hire someone to assemble it for me at a certain fee to only find out that there is no INSTRUCTION SHEET on it.

I then contacted House and Home hoping to get assistance but was told that they can only help me on Monday as the supplier is not working on weekends and the person assisting me was John (Customer Clerk) who asked me what is it that I want them to do as they already told me that the supplier does not work on weekends, I then asked whose problem is it that the supplier is not working over weekends as when I collected the bunk, I was told that everything is inside the boxes and in order.

I did not appreciate how John spoke to me and secondly I have to pay the person I hired to assemble the bunk for me for nothing as they could not complete the job due to the missing INSTRUCTION SHEET.
