Bad service

I went to House and Home Eastgate and saw they have a LG combe. I have ask the sales person how the machine work and was told that it wash and dry. I than ask him again if the machine was and tumble dry and he said YES. I Feb 2018 the machine was delivered and I sold my new Defy washing machine and tumble dryer cause I will have a machine that does everything. They deliver the machine 25 Feb 2018. I check out the manual and was thinking that there is something wrong with the machine. The store manager promises to sort it out 3 weeks ago but never even called me, I had to her back to remind her. The regional sales manager Rob suggested that they will sell the LG tumble dryer at cost price to me. The took the original machine and gave me another machine. I am still stuck with same problem and Rob does not see where I am coming from. This whole agreement have inconvenienced me in every way , financially and emotionally. I feel deceived from all of them in every way, I was sold a lie
