Bad service

Think twice before you buy any furniture from this company. We bought couches cash from what's supposed to be a reputable company and within 12 months they started sagging. We reported the matter in December and where told that suppliers where on leave and they will be back in Feb. We had to make numerous calls to make follow ups and empty promises where made. Today they call us and insist that they will pick up the couches today, don't they think that we are also employed and have to be at our respective jobs. Couldn't they atleast call and schedule a date which we both will be comfortable with. They must just take back their couches and replace them with new authentic once or rather give us back our hard earned money
