BAD SERVICE

I got a LG microwave from them last year on account in September this year i took it for repairs as it stopped working .Till to day Im still been sent from pillar to post and is two months i was even told by Shallot that is not their product is LG's product but when i buy they don't sent me to LG to go buy.The service and the pain from Hose and Home Alberton City is really unbearable i even settled the account as i dont want to deal with them anymore please help me get my microwave. Thank you
