Bad service

I deposited the chairs at house & home in George Garden Route Mall and I decided I'm cancelling it and now I'm struggling to get my money back ,they are telling me about different stories that I must complete the form their Head office will deposit my money into my account and I must wait for 7 days because they don't keep cash inside the store and I did that but now 7 days passed and now they are telling me that I must wait for 14 days after I phone them nobody did anything about it,all I want is my money
