bad service

<p>I would like to inform everyone of my experience i have had with house and home Rustenburg. We purchased a imported lounge suite for a substatial ammount of money. We have has the lounge for 18 months. The lounge suite is falling to pieces very very bad worksmanship. I went to see the store manager in December 2016 regarding the matter and supp**** of photos. I phoned a weekly basis to check up on our claim and eventually got an answer 07 February 2017 that the lounge suite is only under warranty for 12 months. I am very dissapointed in them as we are still paying this lounge suite and it cant even utilised. I might add our lounge suite has been very well taken care of we do not have children and is only utilised by my husband and myself I am really disspointed and will never purchase anything from this store again.</p>
