Bad Service

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I bought a lounge suite from House & Home Bloemfontein. First everything went well then my double seat couch's frame work broke and i contacted them. They then only swopped it for another couch. Thos couch had no support to stand on and gave problems. No I am sitting with 2 double seat couches and one single which of which the double seaters frame work is broken. I tried to phone them numerous times and asked for service and theyvsaid they will come back to me but ive never heard from them. Then they said they dont know what to do for that sales persons isnt working there anymore. So ive paid more than R 10000.00 for this set and now its broken? </span></p>
