bad service

<p>On the 22 July 2017 I went to house and home in Vereeniging to report that the Samsung stove I bought from them,one plate is no longer working.I spoke to the lady called Lorraine.she they will send a technician and I'll get the call the following week by wed or so.now is the 3rd week I haven't received a call from them or any format of communication to show that my queries was attended to.I tried calling their land line but there's no answer.funny thing is that they are so quick to deliver when u bought something,but now that I have a problem no one is willing to help.</p>
