Bad repair service

On the 25.10.2017 i handed my cell phone in for repairs. The repair company 3g mobile took a week to pick up the phone from house and home. On the 10th of this month i got a phone call from Johannes that my phone is fixed. On 14.11.2017 i got a sms from 3g mobile for a quote for r949. Today i got a phone call from house and home thay 3g mobile will no fix my phone unless i pay the money for the screen. I did not ask for the screen to be fixed. Why did 3g mobile take 20 days to send this report.
