Bad relations with manager Jaco

My wife and myself went to House and Home Kolonade to do a purchase of a carpet. On entering the shop we where welcomed and greeted by the sales people. As we searched for what we where looking for and found the perfect carpet. On further investigation we found that the carpet had flaws and we requested a discounted price due to the dameges. The sales lady went to ask the manager Jaco with regards to the discount as per our request. When she approached him he immediately got rude with her. As she explained that we requested a discount he spoke in a very disrespectful tone and shouted what is their problem. Before I could confront him, he was called away by another employee. We made the purchase and felt very bad for the people working under such a man. It is a shame that a company as big as House and Home do not look after their employees and customers abd allow people like Jaco to bring business down. In times that we are living in, one will expect better treatment from management.
